Where an item is out of stock we will always upgrade your order free of charge to the next best match. For example if you order an 11 pack of 6" wood blades and they are not in stock then we will send you 11 10" wood blades. We would not send metal blades for wood blades or vice versa.

You have the right to return any products that you may no longer want with-in 7 days of receiving them

We will not charge you a restocking fee.
